Community treasure hunts

A trustless pot for your Discord or DAO

Who it's for: DAOs, token communities, and creators running an event with a shared prize.

the problem

Community treasure hunts stall on the same question: who holds the pot, and how do we prove the winner actually got paid? A moderator holding funds is a single point of failure and a trust liability.

how sarpoy does it

Fund a bot from the community treasury. The pot is visible on-chain the whole time, message fees feed it as players probe, and the payout is a public transaction anyone can verify. No moderator has to be trusted with the money.

Why it fits

The escrowed pot is auditable on-chain from launch to payout.

Wallet-native auth means no signups — players connect Phantom or Solflare and play.

Fees paid by early players grow the prize for whoever cracks it.

Under the hood this is the same lifecycle as every Sarpoy bot — see how it works for the four instructions, or the quickstart to run one yourself.

Build this on Sarpoy

The program is open source and the pot is trustless from day one.
